By using HORECAI you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Service
HORECAI is an AI-powered agent that helps with procurement, ordering, supplier comparison, substitutions, delivery tracking, invoice reconciliation, and demand forecasting. We provide the service as described on our website and in your order form; specific scope and SLAs are in your order form or agreement.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for business use.
Acceptable use
You may not use HORECAI to break any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others' systems. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate HORECAI (e.g. to process orders, run the AI, and store data as needed). We use your data only as set out in our Privacy Policy and do not claim ownership of your content.
Our IP
HORECAI (including software, design, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these terms. You do not get any other rights to our IP.
Payment and term
Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are in your order form or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew for successive periods. We may suspend the service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will retain or delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy and any agreed data handling terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business outcomes (e.g. savings or delivery accuracy). AI outputs should be reviewed by you before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits or data).
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service, your data, or your breach of these terms.
Changes to terms
We may change these terms. We will post the updated terms and give you notice of material changes (e.g. by email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Order forms or signed agreements override these terms where they conflict. Governing law and courts: [e.g. laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; or specify your jurisdiction].
